Dice Mod for Cosmic Reach

Adds dice blocks from 0 to 5. Dice have the same number on all sides.
V4: Converted dice to one block with block states to make making more dice easier. Kept old dice in but hid them from the catalog so old worlds do not break
V3: Added 0 dice
V2: Fixed bug with saving
